Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Process Optimization Intern to support high-impact initiatives within the Hotel Operations team. This intern will contribute to strategic projects such as Project NorthStar, Virtual Butler, the Digitalization of Stateroom Directories, AI-driven Demand Planning, and more. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining workflows, preparing executive-level materials, and providing operational insights to enhance guest experience and drive efficiency across NCL’s future vessel class, New Era.

What you will need

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Passion for hospitality, innovation, and process improvement.
