Job Description

Atlas Copco North America Inc. (ACNA) is seeking a motivated Finance Trainee to support our Finance & Accounting team while gaining hands-on exposure to a corporate finance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Month-end closing support, including posting and reversing basic journal entries, researching invoices and payments, and assisting with cash process reviews.
  •  Account reconciliation exposure with simple balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Accounts Payable support such as coding invoices and entering AP data.
  • Treasury assistance including bank user setup and cash flow forecasting.
  • Support intercompany netting, documentation of procedures, and ad hoc finance projects.
  • Participate in digital analysis, including intercompany billing support and process automation tasks.


Program & Learning Experience
  • Foundational ACNA overview and leadership presentations.
  • Structured monthly rotation through closing, reconciliations, AP, treasury, and digital analysis.
  • ACNA Town Halls, cross-functional meetings, employee activities, and LinkedIn Learning access.
  • Required Skills

Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently acquired bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to learn Power Automate.
