Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Internal Member Service Intern to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around refining and updating essential resources like our guidebooks for events, our SACC-USA intern handbook, and our resources guide. You'll also take charge of organizing and chairing bi-weekly intern meetings, crafting agendas, and offering valuable input to our Executive Director. Additionally, shaping the content of our newsletter will fall under your purview, tapping into internal resources such as our membership and board to keep it rich and engaging.
The perfect fit for this role will possess stellar writing, editing, and communication chops, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. A keen eye for detail and a knack for thinking outside the box are a plus. Experience in social media marketing in managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts would be a definite advantage. Moreover, this role will also offer you the opportunity to delve into the realm of business development, where you'll be involved in a spectrum of activities including:
● Fine-tuning and disseminating our suite of resources, including the SACC-USA resources guide, event manual, and intern guide.
● Orchestrating bi-weekly intern meetings, crafting agendas, and offering constructive feedback to enhance our Knowledge Hub.
● Curating compelling content for our newsletter, leveraging internal resources like our membership and board.
● Evaluating the efficacy of our newsletter and making necessary adjustments to its content.
● Taking the reins of our social media presence, particularly on Instagram and LinkedIn, to bolster our Talent Mobility Program.
● Infusing fresh ideas and perspectives into intern meetings and newsletter content, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
