Please email or fax your order to Henry H. Production. Make sure you have ordered your exhibition material by August 11.

Wireless Internet is provided by MISCO. Please make sure you have ordered electrical outlets through Henry H. Production.

Adapters
Exhibitors from the U.S.! Please don't forget to bring adapters if you are going to use electronical equipment.

Set up/Tear down times
All exhibitors are welcome to place all material on Sunday, August 20 between 5pm-9pm and on Monday, August 21
between 8am-4pm. Please note that the exhibit must be set up by 4pm on Monday!

Tear down time: From 2 pm on Wednesday, August 23.
Please be aware that exhibits can not be taken down before this time.

Make sure that your company name and contact person, together with the name and date of the event, is marked on the packages.

Returning/Shipping back exhibit material
SACC-USA does not provide a return shipping service. Please set up a shipping service with your selected carrier. Materials left behind
will be discarded after the event unless you have arranged a pick up.

Exhibitor Guidelines
All exhibitors must provide the necessary care to protect attendees and other exhibitors from equipment that is operable.

Folkets Park will provide cleaning during the hours of the exhibition to keep the area free from debris. However exhibitors must keep their exhibition area free from trash and exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their own booth.
