Q - Which hotels are can I choose from during the Entrepreneurial Days?
A - There are several hotels in Lidköping as well as in the neighbouring area. You find all information about the location, webb-addresses, phone No:s and prices on this web-site. Go to "Travel Info" and then "Hotels" and there you find all information you need.

Q - How do I make the room reservations?
A - You contact the hotel by phone or mail. If you give them the ref. code "E-days" you will get a special rate. Payment at site.

Q - Do the hotels have internet connections?
A - Yes, most of them do. There are some with wireless technology, but most of them have the access by cable in the rooms.

Q - What is the distance from the hotel to the Conference Center in Lidköping, where the Entrepreneurial Days will be?
A - If you go to "Travel Info" and then "Hotels" on this web-site, you find a map, where all the distances from the hotels to Lidköping are to be found. The distances are stated in minutes drive by car/bus.

Business Matchmaking
Q - Do I need to sign up separately for the Business Matchmaking program?
A - Yes, your E-Days registration does NOT register you for the Business Matchmaking.

Q - Is there any extra charge for the Business Matchmaking program?
A - No, the Business Matchmaking is included in your E-Days registration.

Q - Can't I just meet the persons during the Exhibit?
A - Maybe, but the Business Matchmaking provides you with a 25 minutes meeting alone with the person you wish to meet with. You will also receive detailed information about the companies in order to help you pick out the most interesting meetings for you.

Q - What do I have to do in order to meet with the organizations that I want to see?
A - You browse through a list over the companies that will be sent to you and select those organizations that you would like to meet with. You then write down the names of these organizations in an e-mail (not an attached file) and send it to us. The first list over the companies will be sent to you a couple of weeks before the E-Days by e-mail, it is not available on the Internet.

Q - When will I receive my schedule for the Business Matchmaking?
A - You will receive the final schedule at the Business Matchmaking desk at the E-Days in Lidköping when you arrive. Prior to that schedule, you will receive a preliminary one by e-mail shortly before E-Days.

Interactive Exhibit
Q- I only registered for the conference as an attendee. Is it too late to register as an exhibitor instead?
A- No, please register online and the changes will be made (as long as there is still exhibition spots left).

Q- I have registered as an exhibitor, but I don't know where my spot is at.
A - An email will be sent to you a week in advance.

Banquet Dinner
Q - Is the banquet dinner included in the registration price?
A - No, the banquet dinner is not included. It costs 650 sek extra to participate.

Will the banquet dinner take place at Fokets Park?
Q - No, it will take place at F7  Såtenäs, which is outside Lidköping.
A -There will be buses bringing you to the dinner. ‘

Q -I forgot to register for the dinner when I registered for the conference. Is it too late?
It might befully booked or it could be too late to arrange for your seating. Please send an email to Pernilla Jonsson, pernilla@sacc-usa.org, at least one week before the dinner.

Q -What is the dress code for the dinner?
A- Cocktail/business attire.

Q - Can I book my ticket to Sweden through SACC-USA?
A - No. But we have arranged some special discounts on airfares and rental cars for Edays attendees. You are responisible for making your travel arrangements.
