We can conclude without a doubt that yesterdays seminar on Sweden, SACC (Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce) and trade services was a huge success.
The idea for the event started earlier this year on the SACC Arizona Annual meeting with the marketing of the organizations know-how and services to the business community in Arizona. The campaign started at the “We Love Manufacturing Event” and presentations at the ATMA (Arizona Tooling and Machining Association) followed by the SACC Arizona “J1-Visa Trainee Seminar”. To follow up successful events as the above with yesterdays Trade Seminar was the natural succession in the PR marketing and the Membership drive the Arizona chapter was looking for.
Yesterdays Trade Seminar attracted approximately 15 participants from various industries and organizations, who all were very excited about working together with the SACC organization for opening doors and creating new trade opportunities between Sweden and the State of Arizona. Mr. Armando Bras, Director of International Trade and Investment Division of Arizona Department of Commerce, opened the meeting as our excellent moderator who open the panel of discussions for our new found trade partners.
All participants were interacting with our speaker Ola Östlund, present Vice Chairman of SACC-USA, Eliasson Award winner and former president of SACC Los Angeles, throughout the very informative and detailed presentation. Ola closed with a warm invitation to the next Swedish-American Entrepreneurial Days held in Stockholm, Sweden, on September 15th and 16th.
