Welcome to Chicago and the Swedish-American Entrepreneurial Days!

We are delighted that you have decided to participate in the exhibition. It is the best way to market your products and service to the attendees. We want this event to be successful for you and we will work with you to make everything as easy as possible. We have contracted GES Exposition Services at the Sheraton Hotel to construct the booths, coordinate the set-up and tear-down as well as on-site labor and freight handling. Shipping to and from the Exhibition

The exhibition takes place at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers, the main location for all of the Entrepreneurial Days' events. Your exhibit materials must be sent to the GES warehouse.

DO NOT SEND MATERIALS TO the Sheraton Hotel directly! Address labels to the GES Warehouse are in your Exhibitor Kit. You will also find the shipping address at the end of this letter.

It is your responsibility to arrange for shipping after the exhibition.

NOTE: GES Exposition Services will distribute a GES Outbound Material Handling Form to each exhibitor that has a credit card on file. This form must be filled out by ALL exhibitors who are shipping out. The Outbound Material Handling form lets GES know what carrier has been contacted by the exhibitor to pick up the shipment (either from the hotel on Tuesday after show closes or from the GES warehouse). For liability reasons, GES will not release any shipment to a carrier without this form being filled out. If we do not receive an outbound material handling form and the shipment is left in the booth, GES will force this shipment via GES Logistics.

Items left behind after the exhibition closes will be discarded.

Freight Handling
You are allowed to hand carry materials and small items into the exhibit area. Hotel bellmen are NOT permitted to carry anything into the exhibit hall. If you drive materials to the hotel for unloading into the exhibit hall you will be charged material handling by GES.

Large shipments must be moved to your booth by
certified union laborers.

You must use certified union labor for any set-up and tear-down of
